Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SellerPilot AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

SellerPilot AI is operated by SellerPilot AI ("we," "our," or "us"). The Service is available at sellerpilotai.ai.

2. Description of Service

SellerPilot AI provides AI-powered compliance monitoring tools for Amazon sellers, including listing scanning, alert notifications, account health monitoring, and compliance risk assessment. The Service is designed to help sellers identify potential policy violations and compliance risks, but it does not guarantee prevention of account suspensions or listing removals.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or your business to these terms.

4. Amazon Account Connection

The Service requires you to connect your Amazon Seller Central account via Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) using OAuth authorization. By connecting your account, you authorize us to access the following data:

• Product Listing data: Product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, ASINs, categories, and listing status

• Selling Partner Insights: Account health metrics, performance data, and account status

• Inventory and Order Management: Inventory levels and catalog information

Read-Only Access: SellerPilot AI uses your Amazon data exclusively for compliance monitoring and analysis. We do not modify your product listings, change your prices, place orders, send messages to buyers, or take any actions on your Amazon Seller account. Our access is read-only for monitoring purposes.

Revoking Access: You may disconnect your Amazon account at any time through the Settings page on our platform or by revoking authorization from Amazon Seller Central's "Manage Your Apps" page. Upon disconnection, we immediately stop accessing your Amazon data.

You represent that you are the authorized account holder or have been granted permission by the account holder to connect the Amazon Seller account, and that doing so does not violate any agreement you have with Amazon or any third party.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing the data access permissions displayed on Amazon's authorization page before granting access to SellerPilot AI.

5. Amazon Data Use and Compliance

SellerPilot AI operates in compliance with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, and the Amazon Services API Solution Provider Agreement. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• We do not sell, rent, or share your Amazon data with any third parties for their own purposes

• We do not collect or store Amazon buyer Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

• We do not use your Amazon data for any purpose other than providing the compliance monitoring services described in this agreement

• We encrypt your Amazon data in transit and at rest

• We maintain security controls including access restrictions, incident response procedures, and credential management in accordance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy

6. Subscription Plans and Payment

The Service offers subscription plans at published rates. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. All payments are processed through Stripe.

Free Trial: New users may receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required during the trial period.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or Stripe billing portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the Service

• Share your account credentials with others

• Use the Service to circumvent Amazon policies or assist in prohibited activities

• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service

• Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that compliance issues will be detected with 100% accuracy.

SellerPilot AI is a compliance monitoring tool, not legal advice. We do not guarantee that using the Service will prevent Amazon account suspensions, listing removals, or other adverse actions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLERPILOT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by SellerPilot AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Ontario, Canada.
